To provide you with a visa support invitation letter the following details should be required:
full name
fax & telephone number (including country code)
citizenship, date of birth, passport number and passport expiry date
date of entry (to Russia)
date of exit (from Russia)
cities to be visited
method of payment ( if you pay by credit card you need to send us the copy of it - both sides )
country where you will get Visa.
All this information should be sent by fax or e-mail.
In order to receive the invitation You need to send us your passport data and pay the invitation charge in advance.
Registration is needed to ensure that you can be contacted in case of any emergency.
At some hotels the registration is free, in others you will be charged additional 400-800 rubles for this service(it depends on hotel policy and type of visa).
